Cancelled Jan/Feb Practices at OTBG due to weather
ULTRA Ranch XC and Clarks Branch GP move to OMRA Series Points status.

Moved ULTRA and Coos Riders GPs and XCs to non-Points status. This is the calendar that is going to press (which isnt exactly the same thing as its cast in concrete, but pretty close).
Did some other cleanup and updated the pdf version.
